We offer multiple support methods to our clients. The information below outlines the hours, phone numbers, and support options.

Standard Business Hours

  • Our Help Desk is staffed 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday
  • *On-Call Technician available to respond to weekend support calls 9 am to 5 pm

Premium Support Hours

We offer true 24/7 live phone and chat outside our standard business support hours to premium clients!  To contact our premium after-hours Help Desk call 248.773.7159 x22.  Or to chat with a live support technician, simply click your KTS system tray icon and select "After-Hours Chat."

Emergency Support

We offer 24/7 emergency support to all of our clients!  If you have a critical emergency, please call or email our Help Desk.  Your request will be addressed as soon as possible.
