Standard Business Hours
Our Help Desk is staffed 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday
*On-Call Technician available to respond to weekend support calls 9am-5pm

Premium Support Hours
We offer true 24x7 live phone and chat outside our standard business support hours to premium clients!  To contact our premium after-hours Help Desk call 248.773.7159 x22.  Or to chat with a live support technician click your KTS system tray icon and select After-Hours Chat.
Emergency Support
We offer 24x7 emergency support to all our clients!  If you have a critical emergency please call or email our Help Desk.  Your request will be addresses as soon as possible.
